Medical Records Assistant

Responsibilities

• Create new medical records and retrieve existing medical records.
• Maintain patient health information portfolios, including medical history, symptoms, examination results, diagnostic tests, treatment methods, and other services.
• Ensure accuracy, proper filling out, organization, and security of files.
• Code patients' medical information for reimbursement purposes.

Requirements

• Strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
