Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and workflows
- Handle inquiries and requests from patients and visitors
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth patient care
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Patient Services Representative and/or Advance Patient Services Representative competencies, verified by department
- Medical office experience preferred
