Responsible for providing administrative support in a healthcare setting. Duties include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, handling insurance claims, and maintaining patient records.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and assist with check-in procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle insurance claims and communicate with insurance companies
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
