Our goal is to help you thrive physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially, so you can continue delivering exceptional care. Join us in our mission to improve the health and well-being of our patients, members, and communities. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer ... (boilerplate to remove). We need to produce sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph?), Responsibilities (position summary and tasks), Requirements (required qualifications), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe communication, multitasking, etc.), Benefits (benefits description), Pay (none given, so omit), Schedule (work schedule and hours). Must not create sections with filler. So we need to include sections only if we have real content. Let's map: - About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph: "Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day." Also maybe the "About Us" part? But "About Us" is separate. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide which sections to include. We have content for: - About the role: introductory description. - Responsibilities: position summary (call center, front desk), additional tasks (direct/escort patients, manage patient flow, schedule follow-ups, maintain lobby, sort mail, stock supplies, manage faxes). Also mention maintaining confidentiality, customer service, process improvement, etc. - Requirements: Required Qualifications (6 months related experience, accurate computer/keyboarding, knowledge of age-related growth, proficiency with equipment). Could also include "must be proficient in operation of telephone and headsets, PC, printer, photocopier, fax machine." - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (strong verbal/written communication, human relations sensitivity, customer service skills, listening/telephone etiquette, medical terminology desirable, comfort asking for copays and race collection, ability to promote good patient relations and confidentiality, ability to work fast-paced structured environment, ability to sit for long periods). Might also include "great communication skills, ability to multitask, detail oriented, computer proficient, works well in quick paced environment, eager to learn and grow professionally, enjoys working with patients/customers of all ages, maintains a positive and engaging attitude." That seems like skills/qualifications. - Skills: Could be derived from the list of skills: communication, multitasking, detail oriented, computer proficient, works well in quick paced environment, eager to learn, enjoys working with all ages, positive attitude, etc. But we already have some in Qualifications. Might combine. - Benefits: The benefits paragraph(s). There's two benefits sections: first "Benefits Park Nicollet offers a competitive benefits package..." and later "Benefits Designed To Support Your Total Health". Both talk about benefits. We'll combine into one Benefits section. - Schedule: Work Schedule: Monday – Friday Day shift with occasional Saturdays. Also Primary Care Hours Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Urgent Care hours Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm. Also location info maybe not schedule. We'll include schedule. - Pay: No pay info, so omit. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

. Good. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, application instructions, duplicated lines. Also remove "About Us" maybe? But "About Us" is not one of the allowed headings; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe omit if not needed. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples; we can use those headings. It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. The "About Us" content could go under About the role or maybe we can omit because it's not strictly about the role but about the organization. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot discard About Us content unless it's boilerplate. It's substantive about the organization. We could include it under About the role (makes sense). Or we could create a separate heading like "About the organization" but not in list; maybe better to include under About the role. We must not include duplicated lines: there is duplicate "Strong verbal and written communication" appears twice; we should deduplicate. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

But we might be mixing too much. Maybe keep About the role short: just the first sentence(s). Then we could put About Us content under a separate heading? Not allowed. Could we put it under "About the role" as part of role description? It's okay. Now Responsibilities: We need to list duties using
