Medical Receptionist - Jacksboro, TN

About the role

As a Medical Receptionist at Crossroads Treatment Centers, you will provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations. You will maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offering a “white glove” experience and guiding new patients through their intake process.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional patient experience by guiding new patients through their intake process
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
• Maintain daily financial records and reports
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to facilitate intakes
• Provide clerical and logistical support
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities

Requirements

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred
• Lived addiction experience is a plus

Schedule

• Monday: 9:00am–4:00pm
• Tuesday: 9:00am–3:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am–4:00pm
• Thursday: 9:00am–5:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am–3:00pm
