Smith Therapy Partners, a member of Therapy Partners Group, has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We are known for providing the highest quality care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists who are honored and delighted to help patients reach their goals. This is a full-time position at our S Eastern Ave. location in Las Vegas.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Greets warmly and maintains a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patient care coordinators and external connections.
  • Clearly communicates with all staff, including clinical and corporate employees, in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Responsible for answering phones and greeting patients with the utmost professionalism and care in a timely manner; returns voicemails the same day received. Will maintain higher than 85% answer call rate.
  • Participates in and adheres to the HIPAA Policies and Procedures of Therapy Partner Group.
  • Escalates patient issues and concerns, as needed, to local Clinical leadership and Regional Front Office management.
  • Schedules patient’s initial evaluations and follow-up visits through plan of care.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+).
  • Practice Management System knowledge, patient scheduling capabilities, and insurance plan understanding.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.

Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential documents.
  • Demonstrates active listening by asking clarifying questions, identifying and sharing relevant information, soliciting feedback, and giving/receiving feedback objectively.
  • Strong team player attributes.
  • Ability to multi-task responsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere with patients nearby.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Requires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, mouse, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other equipment.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and present reports.
