Position Details
Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $16–$21/hour (based on experience) + Monthly Performance Bonus

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for new and returning patients
- Handle patient intake: collect demographics, insurance details, and medical history
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as required
- Schedule patient evaluations and follow-up visits in coordination with the clinical team
- Provide financial estimates and collect payments at time of service (including no-show/cancellation fees)
- Answer phones, emails, and faxes, manage patient records, and maintain administrative reports
- Support daily clinic operations and maintain a clean, professional environment
- Consistently achieve key front office performance metrics (conversion, collections, scheduling, etc.)
What You Bring
- 6+ months of customer service, front desk, or administrative experience (healthcare preferred)
- Warm, professional communication style and strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and comfort navigating digital systems
- Familiarity with EMR, Microsoft Office, and insurance verification processes is a plus
- 2+ years experience in a medical office setting is a bonus but not required
