Medical Receptionist

On-siteHealthcare$19–$21/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: Why USA Clinics Group? (maybe About the company). But we need to follow instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these headings where appropriate. We should not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Why USA Clinics Group? (company description). Could be "About the role"? Actually that's about company. Could be "About the role" maybe not. But we can use "About the role" for position summary? Or we could use "About the role" for position summary. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose headings that match content. We have: Position Summary (could be About the role). Position Details (Schedule, Location, Compensation, Language Requirement, Paid Training). Key Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Benefits (list). Also we have "Why You'll Love Working with us:" bullet list (benefits/perks). Could be part of Benefits or maybe separate "Benefits". We'll combine. We need to include Pay and Schedule sections if posting actually states them. Yes we have Schedule: Monday - Saturday, full-time hours. Compensation: $19-$21 per hour. So we need Pay and Schedule sections. We need to avoid boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to not repeat job title as heading. We need to not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings (none present). We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. Thus sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also "Qualifications" but we have Requirements covering qualifications; we could skip Qualifications if not separate. We could also have Skills but not needed. We need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Let's extract content: Why USA Clinics Group? (company description) - maybe we could put under "About the role"? But that's about company not role. Could be "About the role" is not appropriate. Maybe we could create a section "About the company"? Not in allowed list but we could still use

for any heading? Instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those. Could we incorporate company description into About the role? Might be okay: About the role could include both role and company context. But we have Position Summary separate. Could combine. Better: Use "About the role" for Position Summary (the description of role). Then we could put company description maybe as a brief paragraph before sections? But we need to preserve all substantive info; we could include it in a

before first heading, not as a heading. That's allowed: we can have prose outside headings. The instruction: Use

    for section headings (e.g...). Use
    • for any list... and

for prose. It doesn't forbid having prose before headings. So we can start with a

containing the "Why USA Clinics Group?" description. Then headings. Thus:

Why USA Clinics Group? Founded by physicians with experience at leading academic medical centers, USA Clinics Group was built on a vision of delivering patient-first care beyond the hospital setting. Today, we're the nation's largest network of outpatient vein, fibroid, vascular, and prostate centers—with 170+ clinics nationwide. Our mission is simple: provide life-changing, minimally invasive care, close to home. We're building a culture where innovation, compassion, and accountability thrive. While proud of our growth, we're even more excited about what's ahead, and the team we're building to get there. We look forward to meeting you!

      Then maybe a

for "Why You'll Love Working with us:" bullet list? That could be part of Benefits section. But we have separate Benefits list later. The "Why You'll Love Working with us:" includes items like Rapid career advancement, Competitive compensation package, Fully Paid Clinical Training, Work with cutting-edge technology, Make a real impact on patients' lives, Join a fast-growing, mission-driven company, Positive, team-oriented environment. These are benefits/perks. We'll include them in Benefits section as list. Now Position Summary: "As a Medical Receptionist, you would balance the needs of patients and maintain efficient work-flow of the office as well as provide support to the physician in all facets of medical procedures - before during and after. In addition, you would ensure that the patient has an excellent service experience." We'll put that under

      About the role

      with

. Position Details: Schedule, Location, Compensation, Language Requirement, Paid Training. We'll separate Schedule and Pay sections. Location maybe not required heading; we can include in a

under About the role or maybe under a generic "Details"? Not required. We'll include location in a

under About the role or maybe after responsibilities? We'll just include location in a

under About the role? Might be odd. Better to create a

under About the role that includes location? But we already have About the role prose. Could add another

after that for location and language requirement etc. But we need to preserve all info. We could create a

      About the role

containing the position summary paragraph, then a

for location and language requirement and paid training? But those are not exactly about role. However we can keep them as separate

paragraphs before the Responsibilities heading. Simplify: After the initial company description

      , we add

      About the role

      with the position summary

      . Then we add a

for location: "Location: Float position supporting our clinics, at Forest Hills, Jamaica Ave, Pennsylvania Ave and Ridgewood". Then a

for language requirement: "Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required". Then a

for paid training: "Paid Training (2-4 weeks)". Then we go to Responsibilities. But we also have Schedule and Pay sections. We'll create

      Schedule

      with

      Monday - Saturday, full-time hours

      . And

      Pay

      with

$19-$21 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

. Now Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll put

      Responsibilities

      then
      • ... each item. Requirements: list. We'll put

        Requirements

        then
        • ... each item. Benefits: combine the Benefits list and the "Why You'll Love Working with us:" items. We'll put

          Benefits

          then
          • ... each. We need to ensure we don't duplicate items. Benefits list from posting: Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision), Retirement Plan (401k), Paid Time Off (Vacation/Sick Days), Paid Training (2-4 weeks). Note Paid Training already mentioned earlier; we can still include but it's okay. The "Why You'll Love Working with us:" items: Rapid career advancement, Competitive compensation package, Fully Paid Clinical Training, Work with cutting-edge technology, Make a real impact on patients' lives, Join a fast-growing, mission-driven company, Positive, team-oriented environment. Note "Fully Paid Clinical Training" similar to Paid Training; we can keep both but maybe it's duplicate. We'll keep both as separate items; it's okay. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's craft:
