Responsibilities
- Oversee TheraCorp’s day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient, organized, and client-centered environment.
- Track and report on accountability measures to support smooth and effective operations.
- Act as the first point of contact by warmly welcoming clients, managing a high volume of calls, and providing clear, accurate information.
- Cook up scheduling and respond to prospective client inquiries while effectively communicating TheraCorp’s policies and procedures.
- Handle administrative duties, including maintaining accurate client records, processing payments, and managing correspondence.
- Work closely with clinicians and team members to align schedules and ensure seamless daily workflows.
- Demonstrate and uphold TheraCorp’s core values in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and partners.
Qualifications
- Two years of administrative experience preferred.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations while managing multiple tasks, team members, and responsibilities.
- Experience in the provision of mental health services is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Strong computer skills.
