Medical Receptionist – Burlington Mt. Baker Pain Clinic | Burlington, WA Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM | NO WEEKENDS | NO EVENINGS Pay: $18–$21/hour, depending on experience Looking for a great schedule and a team where you can make a difference? Mt. Baker Pain Clinic is growing, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable Medical Receptionist to join our team in Burlington! As the first person our patients see, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. You'll work alongside a supportive medical team while helping patients navigate their appointments and care. What You'll Do Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitudeSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsVerify insurance and collect co-paysAnswer phones, direct calls, and assist patients with questionsFollow up on missed appointments and no-showsMaintain accurate patient information and electronic medical recordsKeep the reception area organized and professionalAssist with general front-office and administrative dutiesWork closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, positive, and professional attitudeExcellent customer service and communication skillsOrganized and able to multitask in a busy medical officeReliable, dependable, and willing to be part of a teamComfortable using computers and electronic medical recordsPrevious medical office or receptionist experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!
