About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and registering patients for their appointment; providing the necessary paperwork, confirming and/or updating insurance coverage and patient demographic information
  • Collecting patient balances and co-pays, appropriately tracking and recording all payments collected and assisting patients with their benefits questions
  • Supporting incoming calls and other office correspondence, including scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging calls for clinical team

Skills, Experience & Education

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems (Athenahealth preferred)

Pay & Benefits

The Hourly Base Salary for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hour. In addition, we provide a competitive compensation package that recognizes your experience, credentials, and education alongside a robust benefits program to meet your needs. Physical Requirements

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of workday.
