About the role
As Care Coordinator I, you will greet each patient with warmth and enthusiasm, oversee the practice workflow as patients move throughout their visit, and ensure a positive patient experience with consistency and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients
- Maintain discretion regarding patient health information
- Collect new patient intake information
- Route insurance information
- Monitor patient wait times
- Route patients
- Chart organization and preparation
- Collect payments
Requirements
- Friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
- Social perceptiveness and service-oriented mindset
Skills
- Knowledge of medical office management systems
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
