Medical Promotion Officer (MPO)

Full-time positions available (10 vacancies). Location: anywhere in Bangladesh.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company’s skin care products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) such as dermatologists.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets within the designated territory.
• Effectively communicate the benefits, usage, and advantages of products, backed by scientific data.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and chemists, including regular follow-ups.
• Gather feedback from HCPs about the products and services for continuous improvement.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities to maximize territory coverage.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the assigned area, including key customers, competitors, and market trends.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts to drive sales growth.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate, evidence-based medical information.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Graduate/Masters in any discipline.
• Age: 24 – 35 years.
• Gender: Male.
• 2 – 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (freshers are allowed to apply).
• Experience in Cosmetics / Toiletries / Personal Care, Healthcare / Lifestyle products, or Manufacturing (FMCG).
