About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing radiation therapy plans, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with medical teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize radiation therapy plans using advanced software tools.
- Collaborate with medical oncologists, physicists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care standards are met.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiation therapy techniques and technologies.
Requirements
- M.S. in Radiation Therapy or related field from an accredited institution.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in radiation therapy.
- Knowledge of radiation physics principles and their applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Medical Physicist from the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
- Experience with radiation therapy planning systems such as Eclipse, Pinnacle, or Varian.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in radiation therapy planning software.
- Strong understanding of radiation physics and its clinical applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Pay
- $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
