About the role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of 7 surgeons, 5 optometrists, and dedicated support staff at Southwest Eye Institute in Las Cruces, NM. The team specializes in treating a broad range of eye diseases including LASIK, glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and oculoplastics.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of a diverse array of eye conditions
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Participation in clinical research and education

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an ABO accredited program
• State licensure to practice optometry
• Experience in primary eye care and specialty areas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
