About the role

Join an MD/OD practice where you practice full-scope medical optometry: manage all forms of glaucoma under PA Act 99, run post-op and medical clinics alongside a high-volume cataract/glaucoma surgeon, and co-manage patients through our surgeon-owned ASC. No sales quotas, no retail pressure. Located in Hanover, PA — about 1 hour from Baltimore and 30 minutes from Gettysburg.

Responsibilities

• Manage all forms of glaucoma under PA Act 99
• Run post‑op and medical clinics alongside a high‑volume cataract/glaucoma surgeon
• Co‑manage patients through the surgeon‑owned ambulatory surgery center (ASC)

Requirements

• Residency‑trained preferred; strong new graduates considered
