Schedule
Travel across Western Pennsylvania required. Core hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, occasional weekends; schedule varies as needed.
Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff at multiple sites, coaching them through daily operations and keeping standards consistent.
- Travel regularly to train staff, troubleshoot issues, and assist with clinical tasks such as patient intake and exam preparation.
- Manage medical supply inventory and serve as the liaison between field teams and leadership.
Requirements
- Background as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist.
- At least 1 year of experience supervising more than one employee.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Able and willing to travel across Western Pennsylvania.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
