What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls as needed
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Verify and update patient information in the medical record
- Collect co-pays and patient payments
- Auxiliary patients with payment plan processes
- Congnorate and communicate between patients and clinical staff
- Support billing and administrative workflows
- Help maintain an organized and positive front office environment
What We’re Looking For
- Required Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a medical office, clinic, dental office, hospital, banking, retail, hospitality, or customer service setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology or insurance processes
- Experience working with diverse populations and fast-paced environments
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Occasional bending, lifting, and reaching (up to 35 lbs)
- Manual dexterity for operating office equipment (computer, phone, copier)
- Adequate vision and hearing to perform job duties
