Medical office RN/LPN/MA / Falcon Health Center / Full Time

About the role

Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient and occupational health care through clinical assessment, treatment support, diagnostic testing, care coordination, and accurate documentation while maintaining a compliant and well-organized clinical environment. This is an onsite position at Falcon Health Center.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within your scope of practice, including assessing and triaging patients, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications and injections, executing venipunctures, and responding to emergencies.
• Perform diagnostic testing and specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate documentation by recording patient care and communications, managing records, prescriptions, and authorizations.
• Coordinate patient care by communicating with appropriate care partners to support treatment, scheduling, and return-to-work planning.
• Maintain exam rooms and equipment, manage supplies, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to staff training and quality improvement.
• Prepare, prevent, protect, and respond to support a culture of safety.
• Work hours as outlined in the offer letter or position attributes; may be expected to work longer hours as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing.
• Current license to practice as an LPN in the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Two years’ previous office experience preferred.
