CPRC Program Overview
CPRC is a case management focused program that provides individuals with support to live an independent life in the community. Through a variety of multidisciplinary services that clients can choose from including medication management, therapy, group therapy, health and wellness support, employment services and transportation support, clients can develop skills, access resources and learn ways to manage their emotional and physical health.
What You'll Do
- Greet members, vendors, couriers, job applicants and other visitors in a consistent, professional and friendly manner adhering to proper security protocol and logging activity.
- Answer phone calls in a timely and welcoming manner and courteously directs the call to the appropriate personnel or program.
- Absorb all HIPPA laws and maintains confidentiality for all clients and medical records.
- Ensure the headquarters lobby is constantly staffed during agreed business hours and maintained in a neat and orderly fashion.
- Manage schedules accurately for new appointments, check ins, and follow ups.
- Verify insurance, personal information and account balances. Collects fees when required.
- Accurately enter information into the EMR (i.e.: financial information, assessment forms, billing, etc.).
Requirements of the Position
- Availability to work a full-time/part-time schedule (40-hours a week), Monday through Friday, 8:00A-4:30P
- High school diploma or GED
- One to Two years of progressively responsible experience
- Previous experience handling large volume of incoming calls as a receptionist preferred
- Must possess strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as the use of email
