Responsibilities
- Assist with all front office functions including patient relations, check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phones.
- Welcome and greet all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone.
- Register new patients and update existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
- Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of patient charge entry into the billing system and assist with collecting and recording co-pays.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, inviting, and friendly environment.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of computers, faxes, printers, and other office equipment.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Forms, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential matters responsibly.
- Ability to work in a multi-task, high-stress environment.

USD $16.00/Hr. – USD $25.00/Hr.
