About the Role

The Medical Office Assistant Float supports patient care, safety, and access by performing administrative tasks in a medical office or outpatient setting. This role ensures efficient front office operations, accurate recordkeeping, and a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• None required; experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred
• None required at hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of a medical assisting or medical office administration program from an accredited institution
• One year of experience in a medical office, outpatient clinic, or healthcare administrative support role
