Medical Monitoring Physician

We are a clinical-stage biotech organization advancing therapies in immune-mediated conditions. Recent progress in endocrine-related research has led to an increased need for day-to-day medical oversight across multiple studies. This role is ideal for an MD who prefers active involvement in trial execution over high-level strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with U.S. investigators in advance of study initiation; support protocol walkthroughs and facilitate engagement opportunities.
• Continuously review incoming clinical data to monitor safety trends and identify potential risks within autoimmune-focused trials.
• Conduct medical monitoring activities, including eligibility assessments, safety signal evaluation, and ongoing data review.
• Contribute to and/or lead development of clinical communications, such as scientific presentations and congress materials.

Clinical protocols are finalized; the focus is on operational and medical execution.

Requirements

• Experience in endocrinology and/or autoimmune indications.
• Strong preference for individuals who operate in a hands-on capacity within clinical trials.

Schedule

• Fully remote role (U.S.-based).
• Full-time hours (40/week).
• 6-month initial engagement with potential for extension or permanent consideration.
• Limited travel as needed.
