Medical Monitor

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency in a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead medical affairs delivery across the portfolio
• Ensure scientific soundness of study protocols and regulatory alignment
• Collaborate with clinical operations and safety teams for program execution
• Develop and review clinical study protocols and key documents
• Interpret clinical trial data to inform strategic decisions
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent qualification
• Extensive experience in clinical research and development, ideally in pharma or biotech
• Strong grasp of clinical trial design and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting clinical data
• Demonstrated leadership and collaboration capabilities in global teams
• Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
