Responsibilities
- Monitor patients throughout overnight shifts to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Confirm that patients return on time from curfews and account for all individuals in the program.
- Log patient information, observations, and relevant updates accurately into the EMR system.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to provide support and address basic concerns.
- Deliver courteous and responsive customer service to patients and colleagues.
- Follow established procedures and program protocols consistently during each shift.
- Report any unusual behavior, incidents, or concerns promptly to the appropriate staff.
- Maintain a calm, professional presence in the program setting during late and overnight hours.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure continuity of care between shifts.

- Experience working in a medical or patient-focused environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and act as a people person.
- Demonstrated customer service skills in a patient or client-facing role.
- Motivated and dedicated approach to supporting patients and the program.
- Able to accurately document information and follow procedures.
- Comfort working evening and overnight shifts on a consistent basis.
Qualifications
- Experience using an electronic medical record (EMR) system is a plus.
- Previous work in a program or residential setting is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized during overnight hours.
- Able to remain calm and professional in a variety of situations.

Pay and Schedule
- The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
- Typical schedules include a 4:00 p.m. to midnight shift and a midnight to 8:00 a.m. shift.
About the Role
This role is based in a program setting with dedicated 2nd and 3rd shift openings. The environment involves continuous interaction with patients and collaboration with other staff members to ensure consistent monitoring and documentation. Team members work in an indoor facility that relies on electronic medical record systems for documentation, and the position requires comfort working during late evening and overnight hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.
