Medical Materiel Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Logistical oversight and management of the influenza vaccination program.
• Focal point between the Surgeon General and ANG Medical Groups.
• Performing program management and oversight.
• Effective communication at all levels.
• Integrated collaboration.
• Strategic readiness reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Necessary Skills and Knowledge: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree or higher or eight years of medical logistics field experience with six years of specialized medical materiel management experience.
• Specialized experience: General supply activities, ordering, receiving, customer support, inventory management, assemblage management, warehousing, and operation of various materials handling equipment, in a healthcare or healthcare support environment or setting, experience in using and running transactions in the MMIS, Secret clearance.
• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a related field.

Pay and Benefits
