Medical Malpractice/Personal Injury Attorney

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Litigation Paralegal or Legal Assistant to support a busy law firm specializing in Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, hearings, depositions, and scheduling.
• Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
• Coordinate discovery, document production, and case management activities.
• Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Organize electronic case files.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Utilize case management software, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in personal injury or insurance defense.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills.
• Experience in medical malpractice is preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
