Manage medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Prepare matters for trial and participate in court proceedings

Qualifications

  • JD and active Pennsylvania Bar license
  • 8+ years of litigation experience (medical malpractice strongly preferred)
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and courtroom skills
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
  • Professional, client-focused, and team-oriented
