Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Litigation Attorney
About the Role
As a member of the Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Litigation team at Morgan & Morgan, you'll use your skills to advocate for some of the most vulnerable members of our communities—elderly residents and their families who have suffered neglect, abuse, preventable injuries, and devastating losses in nursing homes and long-term care facilities. These cases involve stories of broken trust, dignity compromised, and families searching for answers. They deserve an attorney who is equal parts advocate, strategist, and counselor.
You will manage a substantial and meaningful caseload from intake through trial, working alongside a nationally respected team with the resources, reputation, and support necessary to take on powerful opponents and achieve life-changing results for clients. Here, you'll have the autonomy to eventually lead your cases, the backing of a premier plaintiffs' firm, and the opportunity to build a career dedicated to making a genuine difference.
