We are seeking an experienced Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join a highly regarded New York litigation firm. The firm is hiring at the Associate, Senior Associate, or Of Counsel level depending on experience. This position offers sophisticated medical malpractice work, strong trial exposure, and flexibility with in-office, hybrid, or fully remote options.

Responsibilities
- Handle matters through discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and case resolution
- Strong writing, communication, and case management
Requirements
- 2+ years of attorney experience
- Prior medical malpractice defense experience required
- New York Bar admission required
- New Jersey Bar admission is a plus
Pay
$175,000 - $250,000 per year base salary, plus a lucrative performance-based year-end bonus.
