Calculated using fees collected and annual salary. 10% of first $100K collected, 15% of the second $100, 20% of the next $100K+. Origination bonus: 10% of revenue from originated cases (regardless of involvement). Quarterly associate bonus: $1,500 per quarter ($6K annually) for staying on track with billables.

Job Details
3+ years of medical malpractice litigation experience required.
Law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced (3+ years) Medical Malpractice Attorney. Responsibilities include providing legal analysis and advice, preparing and filing legal pleadings and documents, performing legal research, preparing for and conducting pre-trial discovery, preparing for and conducting administrative and judicial hearings, civil jury trials and post-trial activities. Must be admitted in Florida.
