A respected, mid-sized law firm in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney who is eager to move beyond drafting and take an active role in litigation. Associates here gain immediate courtroom exposure, including depositions, hearings, and trial work. Medical malpractice matters make up a significant portion of the firm's practice, providing consistent, high-quality work and the opportunity to develop deep subject matter expertise.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of medical malpractice litigation experience preferred
• Plaintiff side and/or personal injury experience required
• Ability to manage a busy caseload
• Motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
• Licensed and in good standing in Ohio

Pay

Starting salary around $115,000+ (DOE) with formula-based bonuses.
