Medical Malpractice Attorneys

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has openings for Medical Malpractice Attorneys who have experience practicing in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey. We are looking for all levels of experience from partnership to three years of experience and offer flexible options for successful candidates, including remote and hybrid opportunities.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience specializing in medical malpractice/healthcare litigation matters
• Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
• Strong academic background
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Proven research abilities
• Self‑starter able to handle assignments with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other legal documents
• Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege
• Prepare for, attend, and summarize depositions
• Coordinate with witnesses
• Communicate with clients, courts, and other counsel
• Maintain current knowledge of Local Rules, Rules of Civil Procedure, FRCP, and other applicable codes and regulations
• Coordinate and communicate with parties outside the firm, including clients, courts, opposing and co‑counsel, vendors, attorneys, secretaries, paralegals, case assistants, managers, and other staff

Compensation

National base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1‑6+ years): $100,000 – $165,000
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000 – $215,000
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000 – $275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
