Responsibilities

• Defend high-exposure medical malpractice & complex civil cases
• Work alongside accomplished trial team
• Handle sophisticated medical malpractice defense, healthcare liability, or other complex civil defense matters
• Bring hands-on litigation experience
• Seek more substantive responsibility, courtroom exposure, and mentorship from elite trial lawyers
• Prepare for trials and depositions
• Manage cases effectively
• Write and advocate for cases
• Perform analytical tasks

Requirements

• 4–7 years of litigation experience
• Background in medical malpractice, healthcare defense, professional liability, or complex civil litigation
• Strong deposition, motion practice, and case management experience
• Trial preparation experience
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Illinois Bar admission in good standing

• Long-standing reputation for defense verdicts and appellate success
• Significant courtroom and deposition experience
• Mentorship from respected litigators
• Sophisticated, high-exposure caseload

Pay

$130,000 - $165,000 per year
