About the role
Great firm open to any civil litigation attorney! Complex litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handling a full caseload of medical malpractice cases, from inception through trial or resolution.
- Conducting thorough and thoughtful analysis of complex legal issues related to medical malpractice and healthcare law.
- Interacting with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their cases and to answer their questions and concerns.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
- Representing clients in court, at depositions, and at other necessary proceedings.
- Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the smooth running of our legal office.
- Staying updated on the latest changes in medical malpractice and insurance defense law to provide the most accurate advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Current license to practice law in PA
- A minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
