Job Details
Our client, a growing litigation-focused law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Medical Malpractice and Professional Liability practice group in West Palm Beach, Florida.
This attorney will represent healthcare providers in civil litigation matters and assist with regulatory and licensing matters involving healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have experience defending medical malpractice, professional liability, or related healthcare matters and will be comfortable managing cases, developing strategy, communicating with clients, and collaborating with experienced litigators.
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar required
- 3+ years of experience handling medical malpractice, professional liability, healthcare litigation, or related defense matters
- Long-term care, nursing home, assisted living, or healthcare provider defense experience strongly preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills
