About the role
The firm is seeking a Medical Malpractice Litigation Attorney to support its growing Richmond, Virginia office. This is a new position designed to handle increased workflow in a busy healthcare litigation practice.
Responsibilities
- Handle substantive medical malpractice defense matters, including case strategy, depositions, motion practice, expert witness coordination, client interaction, and trial preparation.
- Experience in medical malpractice, insurance defense, healthcare litigation, workers' compensation, or other complex civil litigation matters is required, with medical malpractice experience being strongly preferred.
- Virginia licensure or the ability to obtain admission is required.
