Responsibilities
- Summer Associates: Gain insight into law firm life through the Summer Associate Program.
- Billing Coordinators: Manage legal billing, disbursements, and e-billing, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Associates/Counsel: Represent clients in real estate matters, including leasing, franchising, and general corporate real estate.
- Corporate Associates: Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, with experience in venture capital or M&A preferred.
- Integration & Training Specialists: Coordinate new-hire orientation, support engagement and mentoring programs, and manage professional development logistics.
- Intellectual Property Litigation Associates: Represent clients in IP litigation, with a focus on patent litigation and a preference for an Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics background.
- Labor & Employment Associates: Represent companies in employment-related litigation and advise on employee relations issues.
- Legal Administrative Assistants: Provide administrative and legal support, including document preparation, client intake, billing, calendar management, file maintenance, and communication with clients.
- Medical Malpractice Associates: Work in the Medical Malpractice Defense Group, handling litigation and research/writing responsibilities.
Requirements

- Billing Coordinators: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, prior billing experience, strong technical aptitude, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Commercial Real Estate/Leasing Associates/Counsel: 5-10 years’ experience in real estate matters, drafting and negotiating commercial leases, and experience in acquisitions, disposals, developments, and financings.
- Corporate Associates: 3 to 6 years of law firm experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, with experience in venture capital or M&A.
- Integration & Training Specialists: Strong organization, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Intellectual Property Litigation Associates: Leading law firm experience in IP litigation, with a focus on patent litigation and a preference for an Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics background.
- Labor & Employment Associates: 2-4 years of law firm experience representing companies in employment-related litigation and advising on employee relations issues.
