Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, compassionate veterinary care across wellness, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and urgent care services.
- Independently manage routine, advanced, and chronic medical cases with confidence and sound clinical judgment.
- Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful communication and individualized treatment plans.
- Lead by example, modeling outstanding medicine, teamwork, efficiency, and patient advocacy.
- Serve as the primary clinical leader and medical authority within the hospital.
- Guide medical standards, protocols, and consistency in patient care.
- Support fellow veterinarians through collaboration on medical cases and clinical decision-making.
- Partner with hospital leadership regarding medical equipment, workflow enhancements, and quality initiatives.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, progressive medicine, and continuous professional growth.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
- A valid state license and in good standing to practice.
- A collaborative spirit and a dedication to practicing the highest standard of medicine.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, friendly attitude.
Qualifications
- Experience in small-animal general practice.
- Experience with advanced diagnostics, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, internal medicine, urgent care, pain management, and client education.
- Experience managing routine, advanced, and chronic medical cases with confidence and sound clinical judgment.
- Experience building lasting client relationships through thoughtful communication and individualized treatment plans.
- Experience leading by example, modeling outstanding medicine, teamwork, efficiency, and patient advocacy.
- Experience guiding medical standards, protocols, and consistency in patient care.
- Experience supporting fellow veterinarians through collaboration on medical cases and clinical decision-making.
- Experience partnering with hospital leadership regarding medical equipment, workflow enhancements, and quality initiatives.
- Experience fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, progressive medicine, and continuous professional growth.
