The role is a Director-level Medical Lead responsible for driving strategic consulting engagements for life sciences clients and enhancing internal medical affairs capabilities. Responsibilities Include Leading advisory projects in Medical Affairs and Medical ExcellenceDeveloping medical strategies, portfolio planning, field enablement, and AI-driven solutionsAssessing client capabilities and creating actionable roadmaps to optimize Medical Affairs operationsSupporting business growth through capability building, thought leadership, and methodology developmentMentoring team members to ensure high-quality consulting outcomes Qualifications And Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in health economics, pharmacy, biostatistics, epidemiology, public health, or related fieldsAt least 6 years of experience in Medical Affairs, health outcomes research, epidemiology, health economics, or scientific consultingExpertise in health outcomes research, observational study design, and epidemiologyStrong medical writing, client communication, and technical insight synthesis skillsProven project management experience with multiple complex assignmentsExperience leading strategic consulting for pharmaceutical or biotech sectorsMaster’s degree and relevant certifications preferred
