About the role
A Medical Laboratory Technologist is responsible for performing routine and complex testing procedures, ensuring specimen quality, and maintaining laboratory instrumentation according to standard protocols.
Responsibilities
- Determine specimen acceptability.
- Operate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Prepare reagents for testing.
- Report accurate test results.
- Perform quality control and equipment maintenance.
- Assist with specimen processing.
- Uphold a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Medical Technology.
- ASCP or AMT certification.
Skills

- Flexibility to work overtime.
- Ability to pass a color‑blindness test.
Pay
Compensation ranges from $34.25 to $52.14 per hour, plus a second‑shift differential.
