Medical Laboratory Technologist

About the Role

This position involves providing patient care in a healthcare setting, collaborating with physicians and health team members to monitor and respond to patient needs, administer medications, and ensure a clean and well-stocked environment. The role may include transporting patients and sharing on-call responsibilities with a quick response time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient care, monitor responses, and report outcomes
• Administer medications with proper documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and supply levels in patient areas
• Transport patients as needed and perform additional duties as assigned
• Share on-call duties with a 30-minute response requirement

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school; certifications may be required
• Physical ability to perform lifting, pushing, bending, and pulling (50-100 lbs)
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Ability to monitor patients and respond promptly
