Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (Med Tech)

About the role

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) for a state-of-the-art, CLIA, CAP, ISO, FDA, and TGA accredited lab specializing in tissue and eye bank testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical tests in accessioning, serology, molecular, and point-of-care areas.
• Conduct waived, moderate, and high complexity testing using manual and automated methods.
• Receive specimens, execute laboratory tests per procedures, and ensure compliance with protocols and regulatory standards.
• Complete proficiency and competency assessments.

Requirements

• ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Eligible for state licensure within three months.
• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
• At least three years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
