This role is a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) position at National Park Medical Center, located at 1910 Malvern Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901. The position is full-time, working evenings and every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory testing across multiple lab sections with precision and efficiency
• Maintain and troubleshoot instruments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Complete quality control procedures to uphold regulatory and accuracy standards
• Manage lab supplies and equipment
• Participate in ongoing education and performance improvement initiatives
• Support a safe, compliant work environment with regular attendance and teamwork

Requirements

• Education: Associate's Degree in Science (required)
• Certification: MLT certification through ASCP or AMT (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, technical skill, and commitment to quality
• Ability to work safely with biological and chemical materials
