Medical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking skilled laboratorians to join a busy, high-volume clinical laboratory across all shifts. Role & Responsibilities: Perform waived and non-waived tests accurately and efficiently under supervision, ensuring compliance with CLIA '88, JCAHO, CAP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. Assist with specimen collection, receipt, and processing, contributing to high-quality diagnostic results. Follow established policies, procedures, and professional standards in all functions. Qualifications & Skills: Must have an associate or bachelor's degree in a laboratory science or medical technology, or equivalent training/experience meeting CLIA requirements. Certification maintenance is required in some states. Foreign candidates need credential evaluation. Demonstrated competency in phlebotomy is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: MLT certification (e.g., ASCP, AMT), knowledge of specimen requirements, medical terminology, and prior phlebotomy and processing experience are advantageous.
