Role Overview This position involves utilizing laboratory skills to perform and report clearly defined laboratory procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include organizing and prioritizing specimens, executing laboratory tests, performing quality control, routine instrument maintenance, and inventory management. The role emphasizes accurate patient identification to minimize errors and supports ongoing learning and goal completion. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of completed accredited MLT program; no experience required.Preferred hospital experience.Basic computer literacy skills.Licensure includes temporary state licensure/national certification; full licensure expected within six months.
