We need to output only HTML fragment with headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate etc.
We need to parse the description and extract relevant content.
Let's identify sections:
- About the role: description of role responsibilities? The posting includes description of responsibilities for both MLT and MLS. Could be under "Responsibilities". "About the role" could be a brief overview: "Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Join our team at Providence St. Peter Hospital and thrive in our culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them." That's more about culture. Could be "About the role" or "About Providence". But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections have content.
- About the role: maybe a short paragraph summarizing the role: "This is a combined posting for Medical Laboratory Technician and Medical Laboratory Scientist. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. If you have the qualifications of any one of these two positions, we encourage you to apply." That seems like about the role.
- Responsibilities: The duties: performing routine and complex tests in sections, planning, performing and evaluating laboratory testing analysis, establishing/maintaining communications with physicians, patients, other hospital personnel, professional associations, etc. Also for MLS similar.
- Requirements: maybe the required qualifications? But we have separate Requirements and Qualifications headings. Usually Requirements could be minimal eligibility (e.g., education, certification, experience). Qualifications could be preferred or additional. However we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We can split: Requirements = required qualifications (education, certification, experience). Qualifications = maybe preferred or additional? But the posting lists "Required Qualifications" for each role. Could treat that as Requirements. Qualifications could be left out if no separate preferred qualifications. But we could still include Qualifications as same as Requirements? Better to not duplicate. We'll include Requirements for required qualifications, and maybe Qualifications for any additional (none). Since we must not create empty sections, we omit Qualifications if no specific content beyond requirements.
- Skills: maybe list of skills implied: technical bench duties, communication, etc. Could extract from responsibilities: technical skills, communication, etc. But we need to see if posting explicitly lists skills. Not really; it's more duties. Could still create Skills section with bullet list of skills like "Performance of routine and complex laboratory tests", "Planning and evaluating laboratory testing analysis", "Communication with physicians, patients, hospital personnel", etc. That is derived from responsibilities; but we must not invent or summarize away detail. However we can rephrase duties as skills? Might be considered summarizing. Safer to omit Skills if not explicitly listed.
- Benefits: The posting mentions "fantastic benefits and compensation package", "best-in-class benefits", "retirement 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching, health care benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits (paid parental leave, vacations, holidays, health issues), voluntary benefits, well-being resources and much more." Also "$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible rehires and candidates who meet all conditions for payment". So we have benefits content.
- Pay: Salary ranges for each role: MLT Min $28.41 Max $43.47; Senior MLS Min $40.25 Max $63.55. Also mention hiring bonus $5,000. Also note base pay range; additional compensation may be available. So we have Pay.
- Schedule: The posting mentions "Job Schedule: Full time", "Job Shift: Multiple shifts available". So we have schedule info.
Thus we can include sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine required qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also Qualifications if we want to separate required vs preferred, but we have no preferred. Could omit Qualifications.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the specifics: hiring bonus, benefits list, salary ranges, schedule details, responsibilities details, requirements details.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft.
