Responsibilities
- Performing and reporting analyses while maintaining specimen integrity and proper identification
- Managing multiple workflows efficiently and completing tasks promptly
- Performing instrument maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality control procedures
- Replenishing supplies and following established reporting and accessioning protocols
- Using computer applications for data entry and report generation
- Assisting in training new staff and participating in ongoing education to maintain competency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an associate degree with certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- Successful completion of accredited medical technology or laboratory science programs or equivalent experience
- Ability to handle specimens properly, recognize discrepancies, and resolve issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with laboratory equipment and computer systems

Pay
Position offers a $12,500 sign‑on bonus for eligible candidates.
