Medical Laboratory Scientist PRN

About the role

We are seeking a Medical Lab Scientist PRN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform chemical, bacteriological, serological and microscopic procedures in one or more laboratory sections.
• Maintain records of performance, patient results and quality control.
• Maintain equipment, record preventive and remedial maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with laboratory training programs as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required: Medical Laboratory Scientist, or Certified Medical Lab, or Certified Lab Technologist, or Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Lab Scientist, or American Medical Technologist.
• At least one year experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
