• Maintaining productivity and managing multiple work processes efficiently.
• Proper handling and identification of specimens, confirming order accuracy, and using accessioning procedures.
• Recognizing discrepancies, troubleshooting instruments, performing quality control, and replenishing supplies.
• Following reporting procedures across multiple platforms and accessing computer applications for job functions.
• Training new employees and participating in ongoing educational activities to stay current in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science program or equivalent certification.
• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational policies.
